“I stayed for 4 days / 3 nights in the apartment and it was super cute. I loved the location since it is so close to town and you can walk everywhere and enjoy Shelburne Falls. There is really no need to drive anywhere. This is a good location to get around to other parts of western Mass. For the stay, there were 2 of us and there was plenty of room. The dining area and kitchen were great. I don't think we ever sat in the living room, but it was nice and cozy. The shower was a little tiny……

“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her, And she changed……

“I booked this motel for the amenities: spa, pool, pond, but all I saw was broken down pool. As soon as I opened the door to rm 110 it stank of mildew. It was cold at night so tried the heat but it was not working! I asked for another room with heat but they were booked. They gave me a room heater and it worked well. Then I realized the following. My room was clean but in terrible shape: dark, no heat! First night was cold. Old A/C, which was using unsafe electrical strip. Sink hardly……
